The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 clearly states our common goal of creating safe and healthful working conditions. The safety and health of our employees continues to be the first consideration in the operation of this business. It is the intent of McC Inc. to comply with all laws. To do this we must constantly be aware of jobsite conditions and hazards. The personal safety and health of each employee of McC Inc. is of primary importance. The prevention of occupationally-induced injuries and illnesses is of such concern that it will be given precedence over operating productivity whenever necessary. To the greatest degree possible, management will provide all mechanical and physical facilities required for personal safety and health in keeping with the highest standards.

The Industrial Construction industry involves conditions and activities, which may result in injuries to employees, costly schedule delays and damage to facilities and equipment. We recognize these factors as manageable. Our safety program is focused on first identifying conditions that are harmful to health, safety and the environment, and then proactively initiating a corrective solution.

McC Inc. has developed a comprehensive safety and health program. Our objective is to create and promote a program that will reduce the number of injuries and illnesses to an absolute minimum, not merely in keeping with, but surpassing, the best experience of operations similar to ours. Our goal is zero accidents and injuries.

We fully appreciate that a well-written safety program has little or no merit until it is implemented. This is accomplished through ongoing training programs and open communications between all McC Inc. employees. McC Inc. has a program of policies, procedures, and practices to protect our employees, and help them recognize job-related safety and health hazards.
