Summary of Project:

McC Inc was subcontracted to re-build this facility after a fire had destroyed it.  Our responsibilities included removal of all fire damaged equipment, roof, and product from the fire.  Then we re-installed new equipment, support platforms, catwalks, ductwork, roof trusses, lining, and commissioning.  This facility is responsible for taking out-dated bakery items and restaurant scraps and processing them into animal feed.
