Project Description: Design/Build New Feedmill Facility

Summary of Project:
McC was awarded this project to design build a new feedmill in a greenfield setting.  McC self performed the excavation, foundation, building/warehouse, equipment (receiving, grinding, batching, micros, fat tank and load out) support structure, bins, controls and electrical. Commissioning the facility was also in our scope of work.
  1. Receiving System rated @ 7,000 bushels per hour
  2. Grinding System rated @ 16 tph.
  3. Mixing System rated @ 3 tons w/3 minute mixes.
  4. Load out System rated @ 341 tph
  5. Liquid System rated @ 35 gpm.
