Position: JobTrailer Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Work with superintendent, foreman and office with all administrative related jobsite duties.
- Document daily employee time and produce weekly timecards to be submitted to office.
- Document and submit employee issues regarding absenteeism, excused / unexcused time, etc.
- Compile and submit weekly expense reports including necessary receipts and backup.
- Process and submit paperwork for new hires (application paperwork and drug testing) and employee termination paperwork.
- Track and assist with purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices that come to jobsite. Compile and send to office weekly.
- Responsible for keeping job trailer neat, clean and organized.
- Assist superintendent and/or foreman for jobsite errands and ordering of materials.
- Comply with all safety requirements of jobsite to include ‘report of 1st injury documentation, OSHA reporting, etc.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Basic computer skills in MS Word and Excel. Be able to use email for communication
- Strong telephone skills
- Valid drivers license
Benefits Package:
- Part-Time Temporary Position 20 to 25 hours a week.
- Hours of work to be determined by Superintendent.
- Local hire position Non Per Diem position.
