McC Inc. offers a wide variety of concrete applications ranging from standard pours to the highly complex slip-form construction.
Slip-form construction
Slip-form construction is a continuous pour of vertical concrete walls. The benefits of slip-form include no cold joints and uniform color resulting in a strong, esthetically attractive look. Once the forms have been built, a 125’ tall slip-form can take approximately four days to pour. This type of construction is typically used for grain silos and feedmills.
Cast-in-place concrete
Cast-in-place concrete construction is formed, reinforced and poured in place. This application is most commonly used in projects like foundations, tunnels, truck and rail scales, walls, piers, columns and floors.
